Team Building Initiatives

In 2025, our college launched an intentional team-building initiative designed to strengthen collaboration, communication, and alignment across our advising centers. These activities are thoughtfully planned to build trust, improve workplace culture, and support advisors in working more effectively together. By investing in strong internal team dynamics, we enhance the overall advising experience for students. When our teams are connected and coordinated, students receive clearer guidance, more seamless referrals, and more responsive support throughout their academic journey. We will continue these efforts in the years ahead as part of our ongoing commitment to fostering strong advising teams and delivering high-quality, student-centered support.
