The Department of History & Global Cultures at Cal State Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ is the editorial home to two publications.
Our department publishes the award-winning undergraduate journal, Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Historia, which is edited and produced annually by students in our programs. The articles published in Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Historia reflect advanced scholarship completed at both the BA and MA levels.
We also publish a regular newsletter for our Friends of History community. This newsletter shares out significant events and milestones among students, faculty, and staff in the History & Global Cultures Department, and among our donors and supporters.
WE WON FIRST PLACE!
Big news! The 7th Volume of the Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ Historia won FIRST PLACE in the Nash Journal Prize, a national competition of Phi Alpha Theta. Our journal won for best graduate print journal.
